I could have easily given up when I faced challenges getting sales and marketing support to grow my virtual accounting, HR, and operations business. However, I noticed that many other business owners faced similar challenges.
Also, I refused to let my years of valuable business experience go to waste,
and I wondered if others were ready to share their expertise.
This got me thinking…
Could I find creative ways to pass on and recycle my know-how to support many business owners? By recycling our knowledge, we can make our business operations more sustainable and innovative. This would help us reduce wasted time and effort, increase efficiency, optimize resources, and prevent costly errors.
I envisioned creating a virtual ecosystem for business owners to share and benefit from each other’s unique expertise.
To bring this vision to life, I have invested hundreds of hours since 2022 to acquire skills, discover innovative tools, and learn about communities and social media. Shad joined me early on, contributing his online community experience. We co-founded Cove.eco Business Community and launched it in June 2023.
